Education
I'm currently a college student in my second year at Grand Canyon University. I'm majoring in Secondary Education with an Emphasis on History. I'm currently on the Dean's List and am a member of the GCU Chapter of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Eventually, I plan on going back to school and major in a foreign language or two. I am also a former Academic Decathlete.
Experience
I've lectured and taught all through Elementary and High School. I've taken Classroom Management, Classroom Diversity, Instructional Technology, and Educational Psychology courses, as well as a general Psychology class. I want to tutor because I love to talk, and I love to talk about things I know, and I things that are new that can be brought to my attention. I'm also an aspiring polyglot. I have familiarity with Spanish, Italian, and Chinese, and can hold small conversations in those languages. I can spell in American Sign Language, and I'm using the Duolingo app to learn Swedish, Dutch, German, Irish, French, Turkish and Portuguese.
